How do you get to a very advanced age and still be active in your work, if you’re not the Duke of Edinburgh with a staff (and a younger working wife)? Especially when your 105 years have included being a soldier in WWII and a stint as a Japanese POW? Dr Bill Frankland credits his one hour of daily exercise for his longevity and sharpness, especially repeatedly rising from a sitting position.
