Manage Your Listings
First, in the right hand sidebar, sort and select the items you want to view
- To list a month’s items, click on the month name. If you click on the black triangle, a list of all the posts, with dates posted, will open up. Clicking on a post name will display the whole post.
- To list all the items in a category, click on the category name. You can do the same for keyword tagged items, or conduct a site search using the search box, both further down the sidebar.
- Your results are shown with the newest at the top. Click on the name of an individual item to view or print just that.
- If the items to display exceed 100 you will need to navigate to the rest of the list using the link that will appear at the top or bottom of the page.
Second, choose your output/display options
- Using the dropdown box, you can choose to show the full text or an excerpt for the items you have selected above. The display changes automatically.
- Then, to print the listed items to read at your leisure, click on the ‘Print Your Selection’ button. (If you want to see how the printer-friendly output will look, use your browser’s print preview function.)
- If you want to turn your selection into a file to read later, both available methods we have been able to find so far have their drawbacks: read this page.
- Finally, if you want to change the size of the text on your screen, there is the facility to do that at a click, although all modern web browsers allow you to vary easily the size at which text displays – try holding down the Ctrl key and rolling your mouse scroll button if you have one.
The screen text size does not change the size of the text in the print or PDF versions.
Note
These review listings are not intended to replace your use of the main Telecare Aware website but are to help you identify what you do want to read and/or to read offline. We are not likely, therefore, to include comments on posts unless they are particularly significant. Viewing stories on the main Telecare Aware site will have the original pictures, video and comments.
